Make lemonade.

But what if those lemons were rotten?
I don't want to serve rotty lemonade really.
We can't change the cards we are dealt. Only how we play the hand.
Problem is God/Fate/Destiny/whatever doesn't play cards.
He plays the dice.
So what now?
